You have the right to return your entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original, perfect condition and its packaging must not have been opened or tampered with.
In this case, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt in the following cases:
- If you received the wrong products or products that are substantially different from those you ordered.
- If the product is defective, you may return it within 14 days for replacement or repair.
In these cases, please contact our Order Department at 2108949303 or by email at info@lemanucure.gr so that we can provide you with return instructions and ensure that you are not charged for the return shipping costs.
If the product or order you are returning was accompanied by any complimentary product provided free of charge, this must also be returned.
In all of the above cases, products being returned or replaced must be in the same condition in which they were received, complete and undamaged.
Their packaging must be in perfect condition and all documents accompanying the product must be included.
You must also include the receipt/invoice for the purchase in the return package.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
If this is determined after inspection of the product, the product will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

In the event of a product return, depending on the payment method used for your order and the method by which the products are returned, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be credited to your card if you paid by card, or transferred to a bank account provided by you.
RETURNS VIA BOX NOW
If you received your order via BOX NOW and would like to return a product to our online store, the process is easy!
- Write the 10-digit voucher number from your original parcel on the return package.
- If you did not keep the voucher, you can find the 10-digit number in the SMS/Viber message you received from BOX NOW.
- If you still have the original voucher, simply attach it to the return package.
- Take the return package to the BOX NOW locker that is most convenient for you, enter the 10-digit number on the keypad and press OK.
- Place the package inside the locker and close the door.
Returns are available for any order, regardless of the original shipping method. Whether your original order was delivered by courier or through BOX NOW, you can use the BOX NOW service to send your return to us from your nearest locker.
FAILURE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY
In the event that a customer refuses or fails to accept delivery of their order, Le Manucure reserves the right to request payment of the shipping costs to the company’s bank account.
Le Manucure also reserves the right not to process orders from customers with a history of repeated refusals to accept delivery, cancellations and/or returns.
