Pickup from a BOX NOW Locker
Choosing BOX NOW as your pickup method at checkout allows you to collect your parcel at any time that suits you from a BOX NOW Locker near your home or workplace.
Your parcel will remain in the BOX NOW locker for 72 hours. You can easily request an additional 24-hour extension.
The charges are:
- €2.50 for a small & medium locker
- €3.50 for a large locker
- For island destinations: €3.50 for a small & medium locker and €5.50 for a large locker
The appropriate locker size is calculated during the ordering process and depends on the volume and weight of the products.
Delivery by Courier (Greece)
- Shipping costs: €3.00 within Attica, €3.50 for other mainland areas, and €4.00 for island destinations.
- The Cash on Delivery fee is €2.00.
- For orders over €80, shipping is free.
- Shipping and Cash on Delivery fees are added to the final payment amount and are clearly displayed during checkout.
- Additional charges may apply to remote areas and bulky orders.
Delivery by Courier (Cyprus)
Delivery to Cyprus via our partner courier company (sea freight). Indicative rates:
- Up to 2kg: €8.00
- Up to 5kg: €10.30
The exact shipping cost is calculated during the ordering process.
Delivery Location, Dates & Times
- Products are delivered to the address provided in your order and according to the courier company’s operating hours.
- The usual delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and product availability.
- The above delivery times may vary in cases of extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
